Due to the current high demand for our products, delivery times may unfortunately be delayed. We are doing our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We ask for your understanding. Thank you for your patience and your trust.
Standard shipping with DHL within Germany takes 1-3 business days after the shipping confirmation with tracking number. For all other countries, the delivery time is 3-10 business days.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. With this number, you can check the status of your shipment online at any time.

Shipping to Packstations

We also ship to Packstations. If you would like to have your order delivered to a Packstation, please enter "Packstation" followed by the Packstation number in the "Street" field. Your postal number must be entered in the additional address field (Apartment, suite, etc.).
