As a consumer, you have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
Please note: For hygienic reasons, items can only be returned if they have not been worn in everyday life. Trying on the items is, of course, permitted. If you have only tried on the product and not worn it in everyday life, you can exchange it or receive a refund.
In the event of a withdrawal, you must bear the shipping costs yourself.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We offer a free exchange. To do this, select the return reason "Exchange" in the portal and please enclose a note with your desired size and color.
Note: A second exchange is subject to a fee. If you are no longer within the withdrawal period for your first order and then make an exchange, the return period still only applies to the first order. The return period cannot be extended by the exchange. It is not permissible to claim that the return period is still valid due to the second order. The period refers exclusively to the first order.
If you would like to return your order completely instead, select the appropriate reason in the portal. As soon as your package has arrived with us, we will refund the amount – minus the return shipping costs:

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments according to our T&Cs no later than within 20 business days after we have demonstrably received your return.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary.
No right of withdrawal exists for the following contracts:

Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Delivery of goods which, according to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Special Notes
If you have financed this contract with a loan and you withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement – provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender cooperates with us.
If the loan has already accrued to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall succeed to our rights and obligations in relation to you regarding the legal consequences. This does not apply if the acquisition of financial instruments is involved.
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, provided you have a right of withdrawal for it.
Please note that the processing of your return and the subsequent refund can take up to 10 days after receipt of the return. Thank you for your understanding.
